Most of the wallpapers are fan made. I did however make a few adjustments so that they would fit an HD and SD tv, also added the top and bottom bars to give you that Brawl Menu feel.
NOTE:
There was nothing I can do about the BD Data Utility Icon because it uses the same icons as the Game Data Utility.
