3. why only HD don’t theme programs accept both ?

4. what type of wallpaper pictures r this from?

They only do HD because is easier in my opinion see for hd the wallpaper dimension must be 1920×1020 and you would have then to re size it to 640×480 for SD so he must have thought it would take to much time and mess up the cuality of the 640×480 anyway it would probably not look so good so much detail in a so little size..
